(1) An organized organization established in accordance with the law may be appointed as a Guthi director.
(2) If an organization as per sub-section (1) is appointed as the director, the person who works as the principal of such organization or the person to whom authority has been delegated by the decision of the board of directors of such organization shall act on behalf of such organization. Explanation: For the purpose of this section, "person who works as principal" means A person who has been authorized by such organization to work as the chairman, director, managing director, general manager, executive director or head of the organization is meant.
